Plan a Visit

Requesting a Visit

The Penn State Global Partnerships team welcomes the opportunity to host delegations from international peer institutions in the interest of building collaborations across the institution.

Most commonly, visits are with existing partners to advance collaborations, however, exploratory delegation visits to establish new partnerships may be considered.

Hosting in-person international delegation visits requires detailed coordination and support across many campus units and offices. To assist with planning, and ensure a productive visit, please complete the International Visit Request Form at least 6 weeks prior to the proposed visit date.

We suggest aligning visits with the University’s Academic Calendar to best ensure the availability of faculty and staff.
